Nick Petrocci was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and he would have never thought he would end up in the South! But after his last cold winter, he migrated south in 2004 and never looked back. From the moment he arrived in Nashville, he knew this was the place he wanted to stay and raise his family. Once he arrived in Nashville, he started a career in Real Estate working for a local home builder, and eventually moved into general real estate. During his 17 years in real estate, Nick has received multiple accolades along with mentoring many successful realtors. Nick regularly ends the year as a sales leader for his brokerage. His background in real estate, construction, and design has been instrumental in his successful transition as a project specialist at Moderno. If you stop in for a visit to the Nashville Showroom, you might even meet Nick’s four-legged partner in crime, Nash. When Nick isn’t working you can find him spending time with his family, usually at a softball field with his daughter, at a baseball field with his son, or just out exploring Nashville. You might even catch him at a Tennessee Titans or Nashville Predators game cheering on our local teams.
