Everyone from the receptionist to the installers were wonderful to work with. The project manager, Ellen, made sure that our wishes were carried out. The installers, Steve and Santos, were meticulous. Mario was very accommodating when we needed help with the floor. Our bathroom looks fantastic! Because the color of the porcelain slabs varies by dye lot, the color of the installation is slightly different from the sample in the showroom. Visually inspecting the slabs to be used before they are prepared for installation would prevent surprises.

I had my master bath done in all porcelain by the wonderful team at Moderno Porcelain Works. From beginning to end it was a great experience and the final product was above and beyond expectations. Our project was complicated with many turns, crevices, windows, ceilings and floors. From the measure team to the installs team, they are all amazing. Great attention to detail. Easy to work with and clearly love what they do. If you want to do something with wow factor in your home, this is it and well worth the investment.
