Avana Sugar Land Apartments

As part of a newly renovated clubhouse at the luxurious Avana Sugarland Apartments, Moderno installed a soaring two-story double-sided fireplace surrounded by custom Extra Vena porcelain. The floor-to-ceiling porcelain was vein-matched from top to bottom and wrapped around the edges. The installation required expert handling due to the height of the ceiling. The feature wall in the bar area was also vein-matched end-to-end to provide a seamless appearance.
