The installers, Steve and Santos, were meticulous. Mario was very accommodating when we needed help with the floor. Our bathroom looks fantastic! Because the color of the porcelain slabs varies by dye lot, the color of the installation is slightly different from the sample in the showroom. Visually inspecting the slabs to be used before they are prepared for installation would prevent surprises.
