- SPONSOR: These sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) are sponsored by Moderno Porcelain Works, LLC, 2425 W. Loop S., 7th Floor, Houston, TX 77024 (“Sponsor”).
- Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered to legal residents of the United States, located only in Houston, TX, and its surrounding area. The winner(s) must be 18 years old or over. Employees of Moderno Porcelain Works are ineligible. The contest is void where prohibited. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Promotion Period: The sweepstakes shall start at 12:00 AM (all times Central Time) on July 20th, 2023, and will end at 11:59 PM on July 28th, 2023. All entries must be received during the promotion period to be eligible to win the prize.
- Prizes: Two (2) winners will each receive: One (1) Side Triangle Table. Table colors are chosen at random per winner.
- How to Enter the Sweepstakes: Instagram users must follow @ModernoWorks on Instagram. Instagram users must like specific giveaway posts on Instagram and tag three (3) friends in the comment.
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The ARV for each prize is $375.
- Instagram username and profile are required for notification purposes. The winner must be the sole owner of the Instagram account.
- In the event the prize is refused or unclaimed within seven (7) days, a new user will be drawn, and the winner contacted. The process will repeat until the prize is accepted.
- Delivery of Prize: Limit of one (1) prize per person for the entire Giveaway Period. One winner per household. Winners will be chosen and notified by @Modernoworks Instagram account on Monday, July 31st, 2023. The winner must pick up the prize from Moderno Porcelain Works Houston HUB located at 11760 Clay Rd, Houston, TX 77043. Selected winners are ineligible to win additional prizes within 180 days.
- Privacy; Publicity Rights: By accepting the prize, you agree to allow “Sponsor” the perpetual right to use your name, profile, likeness, voice, opinions, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes at any time, without notice, review, or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. The winner agrees to participate in the promotion of the event or gift won as a prize, including, but not limited to, the use of his or her name, photograph, or likeness.
- Limitation of Liability: Moderno Porcelain Works or its affiliates assume no responsibility for any property loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from any prize won.
- The results of the drawing are final – there are no substitutions, exchanges, or cash redemption allowed. If the winner declines the prize, no other prize is offered.
- Moderno Porcelain Works or its affiliates is not responsible for entries that are not received due to issues with internet or telephone access.
