Daniel Minor has been with Moderno Porcelain Works since the spring of 2021 and serves as territory sales manager for Central Texas. Responsibilities include meeting with new residential and commercial business in South Florida and engaging with home builders, architects, designers, kitchen and bath dealers, and design centers.
Minor transitions from the mound to Moderno. A former professional baseball player, Dan, was a right-handed pitcher, who was selected in the ninth round by the Houston Astros in the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft. Following an eight-year professional baseball career, he will put to use the lessons learned on the field into serving all of your porcelain surfacing needs. His travels as a professional baseball player took him to Mexico and to Venezuela and it is that experience from which he draws inspiration.
“Seeing different designs and different cultures allowed me to appreciate those unique looks and I want to help my Central Texas clients create their own unique look,” says Minor. “There’s a lot of room for growth in Central Texas and the area is exploding and there are great possibilities with Moderno and porcelain to upgrade their homes and get away from the older looks of counters, walls, and flooring.”
He enjoys meeting with people and learning how they want to incorporate Moderno to bring satisfaction to their home. The Dripping Springs, Texas, native fully understands the Central Texas market and is an asset for his clients to discover the endless possibilities that porcelain offers.
